The table below records the snow depth for the winter of 1997-1998 at our home in Plymouth, NH. The site is about 500 feet above the Pemigewasset valley floor and the town, so the slightly cooler weather tends to preserve snow slightly longer than in town. This effect should be most measurable in late winter.

The Table column header "Depth" is the snow depth measured or estimated in the morning of the calendar day. The heading "MTD" stands for Month to Date, i.e. the depth days so far this month including this day's snow cover.
